Joy in the little things - A garden

Growing up we never had a proper garden, well except a little courtyard it  was nothing special. We lived on the coast and were forced out to play at the beach or at the local greens. I was happy so I never was fussed with a garden. Its only been since moving the kids have loved it. My eldest wanted to skip the park and come straight home to play football and ride round the street on his bike, and my toddler Ami wants to go outside at any available moment. The same with Little Bear who has learn't to climb over things just to get outside. Little bear is the type of baby that would love to be put in a pushchair out side type. He loves the outdoors and always seems alot more happier outside than in. Thankfully we have had some warm days so it has been nice to leave the door open and let them play in a safe environment. We have all loved it.

So here is a few snaps of the little ones enjoying the new garden. In a few weeks I will do a little tour as at the moment there is still bits all over the place as we work out what goes where. It will be a long time before I decide gardening hoping the grass doesnt grow too much whilst I get used to the upkeep of a bigger garden!

Hope this warm weather continues it has been so lovely/

  1. The weather has been so lovely lately that it is hard not to be outside soaking the last rays of sun. Enjoy discovering what you will put in your new garden #magicmoments

  2. Gorgeous photos of your boys and they are clearly enjoying the mild weather for pottering in the new space of their garden. Please join me for Country Kids and I do hope we are not hurtling towards winter now after such a long mild and dry autumn!
