Y is for yuckiest

Living by the sea is rather cool but when you grow up by the sea you do become rather fussy ( well thats my case). We have moved a ten min walk from my childhood beach, which no other beach will ever compare to really too many happy memories to not love it so, even my husband knew this that's why he asked me to marry him there. This is our new beach it was rather yucky, we had to fight through swarms of flies to get to the yucky seaweed. Me and Little bear stayed on the slope (with the flies) whilst Ami explored the new beach. She then told me that Seaweed smelt like poo in which she did have a vaild point.

Can not believe next week is week Z what will  I do every Wednesday soon!

x is for x - Alphabet photo challenge

Ok sorry was not overly creative for the letter x, I looked on dictionary websites looking for words but most I did not understand, or they meant the most random thing like xylan which means a yellow, gummy pentosan that is found in woody tissues and yields xylose upon hydrolysis. Yeah I knew that already, so I thought I would share one of my favourite photos pf this year. It was taken back in June and it shows my daughter giving her little brother a kiss or a x in text form.

W is for Wonderful walks - Alphabet photo challenge

Sorry if you can here looking for wonderful pictures on my little monkeys but I decided against that and to share these beautiful pictures from a crisp cold day in southwold. They were taken with the 35mm lens as it was that or wide angle lens. These are the only two we have my husband uses it for film so the lenses are what are best for filming. I love being outside when the sun is shinning and even though it was chilly we had a lovely time on the pier.

V is for Victory - Alphabet photo challenge

So my little beat has decided he wants to walk, he has been doing little steps but nothing more than one or two. Well the last few days he has grown new confidence and now does a good few. With all that comes the victory the falling over for the 100th time then getting up again. He really is coming on leaps and bounds with all his walking, he is my fastest walker out of the three obviously wanting to be like the older siblings.

Another fall oh dear

Is he going to make it

Hurrah Victory!

U is for ultimate favourite - Alphabet photo challenge

There is something so beautiful about a tunnel photo I am not so sure why, maybe because you can only see the child in the tunnel I just dont know I like them alot. I like these photos because of the way the light comes in through the holes in the side and is on Ami's face. I added a black and white photo too because I just love black and white photos. (PS sorry I actually thought it was week T again but have limited time due to moving so changed it to Ultimate doh!)

T is for Thunderstruck

If you have ever been to a community event in Sidcup called Lark in the Park you may know this lady as one of the popular duo PJ and Lizzie. What little Ami didn't know was in fact PJ was her auntie. She did not have a clue and even when my hubby hinted she did not get it. It was really funny to see and really nice in a good childish way. I wonder how many years it will continue for.

S is for Sausage (silly sausage) - Albhabet photo challenge

Ok come here thinking you were going to see some sausage, you obviously got the wrong type of sausage. In our house its an affectionate nickname for each other, I say affectionate its often used in the phrase "stop being a sausage" or "you are such a sausage" or even "Ami is being a right sausage". It gets used far too much. Oye still not in that way you sausage, See the jokes go on. Really I should have taken a photo if a sausage so rather than that I will add a photo of us all being right sausages.

R is for Relishing the time

Going back to work makes me really relish every second I have at home at the moment, I am not working all week but will not be around 30 hours a week. I love the stage my children are at Ami with her funny sentances, Little Bear being super cute and Pants being pants telling me random stories. So here is one of my pictures from being at the beach after school. I really do relish my children and the stage they are at, if I could hit pause I would.

Q is for Quietness - Alphabet photo Challenge

When you have a toddler/ child/ husband you know that when it all goes quiet they are up to no good. Not all the time sometimes its because they are doing a little bit of craft or colouring and its all peaceful (one day maybe). So when it does go quiet I like to do a little search round to usually grab the felt tip of the husband toddler and try to salvage what ever mess they have made. The few times it is quiet it may be because they have all fallen asleep, I had put Little bear for a nap and when I came out everyone was asleep, well all expect Pants who was exploring the French Campsite on his bike.

P is for Peter Penguin. - Alphabet photo challenge

Sadly as my son gets older his need for Peter has somewhat diminished. That little penguin that he took everywhere often ends up in Ami's cot. It makes me aware that my eldest Pants has grown up far too quickly. Its not cool to take a stuffed penguin to football, or on holiday. Poor Peter he has traveled well going to Denmark, France and even the Olympics. It makes me feel a little sad and make me cling on to the little ones hoping they do not get old far too quickly.

So here he is the penguin we all love.
