Little Adventures - Trip to Broadstairs
Sometimes weekdays can be the same, I take Pants to school we come home babies have a sleep we have lunch then before we know it we are back up the school. Not that I mind the school run it can be a lifesaver when I have to go out as I dont have a choice, we always feel better for the walk to school and back. So the other day Pants Nan was picking him up leaving us with the freedom to do what we wanted, just me and the little ones. We decided to go to Broadstairs as its just a few train stops away and make a little afternoon out of it, the sun was shining and it was beautifully warm so off we headed with one of my friends for a little adventure into Broadstairs.
Little bear isnt to fond of beaches there is too much sand to eat and he gets very cross. I shall keep on persevering as we love the beach. Me and Ami dug a massive hole and Ami had great fun climbing in and out, also filling it back up.
We also placed little bear in the hole who actually liked it maybe because it was a bit cooler than the warm beach. He also enjoyed standing up on the side, well untill Ami got him with sand!
Ami is recently a bit scared of water, think its a little bit too cold so she watched the sea from a distance not getting close. Little bear did not like the water either, the cool water was so refreshing on my poor hot feet!
I do love broadstairs beach it brings back fond memories of my childhood and warm summers, even though it gets busy Ami and Little bear enjoyed it. Me and my friend enjoyed some cool drinks then we went and had some chips. Was a lovely seaside day, and nice just to be with the smalls and no rush to get Pants from school. So looking forward to the school holidays and no routines, just us going on little adventures.

Arbonne baby Products - Review

The pack included four different creams hair and body wash, nappy cream, sun cream and body lotion. Both the baby and toddler have been teething so we have been using creams like they are going out of fashion. The nappy cream was the first to be used and worked a treat for Little bear but not so good for Ami.
The baby hair wash is very gentle and is tear free, it helps to replace the body's skins natural oils and not only cleans but moisturises and conditions. The lotion has been designed for delicate skin and worked by soothing and softening the skin. It smells beautiful and is absorbed into the skin easily. The sun cream is SPF 30 which is a bit disappointing as most are 50 plus for that reason I used it just on the toddler. It is full of antioxidants vit A, C and E.
The ABC Range retail from £13 each and the full set costs £69 here are some of the pros and cons we found about the baby care range.
Bath Crayons from Bathtime buddies
We got sent some lovely bathtime crayons as one of our missions being in the bathtime fun squad. The package came and I placed them above my baby sons cot ready for bathtime that night. The next thing i knew the toddler was so quiet and she had climbed into her brothers cot ripped open the package and drawn over the sides of the cot. Thank fully it all came of but I did not get a picture of the packet, the monkey!
Ami loves to draw so these were right up her street, she spent the whole time in the bath drawing round all the sides. She told me her pictures were of helicopters and her brother Pants. We have used other crayons where they only lasted one bath before they all got mushy and I had to throw them away, but these crayons have lasted the last few bathtimes and hopefully alot more.
H&A are running a facebook competition where you have the chance to win a whole weeks grocery shopping. All you have to do to enter is post a picture of your children's drawings using the bath crayons onto the bathtime buddies facebook page. You can purchase the crayons in most major supermarkets and if you are quick you can get a free set by emailing hello@bathtime-buddies.co.uk with your name and postal address and they will get some in the post for you.
The competition cloese on the 17th of July so get those little ones colouring those beautiful pictures.

Siblings - July
Being a parent is the biggest gift in life. One day I will sit my son down and tell him how much he helped me be who I am today. He filled me with so much love that I just wanted better for us. He helped me meet my husband and is the best big brother to his little brother and sister.

For this month's Siblings photo challenge we attempted to go to the beach.
Being July we thought it would be ok but we seemed to get the only day in July where the wind was so strong it was blowing a storm on the beach. As you can see from some photos how windswept the kids all look. We ended up giving up on that plan and just played on the banks by the beach. Ami and Pants climbing whilst Little bear tried to crawl. We love our little beach its so close we do not go there enough sometimes.
Ami just loves everyone she asks where her brothers are and get so concerned when one of them is missing. She hates to be parted from either of them and will be well looked after when older. When Ami was a baby she would only laugh at Pants, he was the funniest thing ever and he still is to her. I can not wait to see this become more as she gets older and Little bear too. I am so so blessed with my three.

I is for inspect the land - Alphabet Photo challenge
When looking for a good place to place its good to stand back and inspect the area to play in. You need to see if there is good enough places to hide from mum, run down steep hills and find lots of stones and throw them. Need to inspect the land to find out if its unsafe and if so run ahead and play whilst innocent old mum tries and shoos the kids on to the lovely green flat grass, with no broken glass or dodgy looking rubbush This photo below did may me chuckle I was lost on what to do for the letter I for some reason, I looked on scrabble websites for inspiration (look andother one there) but it came to this, some reason Wednesday comes round so quick and I need to be more organised.

Vital baby - Warm a bowl Review
One thing I love about having a baby is all the cool gadgets people come up with to make life easier for us parents. We were recently sent this bowl from Vital baby and it has the ability to keep babies dinner warm all through dinner. Great idea no more re heating the dinner halfway through dinner. We are doing a mix of baby led weaning and mashed food so this bowl is perfect as he can take some time eating.
To keep the bowl warm there is a inner cavity where you pour hot water into in that keeps the bowl nice and warm. The lid to the water compartment is fastened on securely there is no way that a baby could pull it of and pour water everywhere. A great advantage of having the water in the compartment the bowl is a little bit more heavy and there for is less east to pick up and through. The bottom of the bowl has a non slip base making it easy for baby to learn to eat from a bowl.
We recently went camping and took this bowl with us, it was great to know he got all of a warm dinner when braving the chilly nights in the tent. Even outside the bowl stayed at a good heat all through dinner (although providing a little hand warmer for mum too). The bowl is triangle shaped so is easy to get food out of when he can master using a spoon.
Here is our list of pros and cons with this product
Pros
- Nice shape large but not too large perfect size for baby/ toddler
- keeping food warm during meal times
- non slip and heavy
- Good value retails at £6.99
Cons
- I often feed him a cool dinner as he sometimes wont eat warm food.
- Tab although secure may leak a little
- Bulky for on the go in changing bag
