As a child my mum would make sure we would go down the beach every day rain or shine! We would be there till my dad got home and sometimes he would bring fish and chips (or a sausage special). I couldnt find anymore photos at home these are the few i could find at the beach! I think that is why i love the beach so much! I remember summers of crabbing, swimming and climbing! I was gutted to move a bit further away from the beach its not the same when you have to walk 20 mins rather than 3 mins! I make up for it now living close to the beach my son even said can we not go to the beach we have been 4 times this week already!

The Gallery - Sun

Ok im not afraid to admit it, I love the sunshine! I love sunny days that leads to sunny evenings, I love the warmness and just love how the sun being out makes everywhere look nicer! When its sunny we try and spend as much time down the beach as we can!! Or for me generally outside where its warm! We have spent the last few days after school at the beach, Pants one day had found a hole someone had dug deeper than me! He took great joy climbing! We even managed to get abit of rounders on the beach! Good times roll on many more sunny days!!

The Gallery - Green

This week on the gallery the theme is green and as we just had Sports day at Pants school, Id thought id share some photos! Pants was not excited about sports day, he wast the fastest therefore was not pleased to be taking part as like most other children (and adults) do not like losing! At Pants school they only hold two races per child, so after his running race he had the bean bag on a bat race! He nearly won his race but fell over just before the finishing line! Good times, we had lovely weather for sports day too reminded me its the summer!

The Gallery: Two

When i think of the number two, i think im a mum of two! As im going to be a mum of two for such a short time i must make the most of it being alot easier! soon my hands being stretched as another little person joins our growing family! Then there is the idea one day when all the children have grown up then it will be just the TWO of us! sounds nice already!

But im going to show some pictures of when Pants was 2!!! argh how long ago now he is 7 soon! where has that time gone. He has always been cheeky but always much fun, liking to be the focus of any room! He had crazy hair but always looked like a surfer kid! Its amazing how much you forget when they are small! My little Pants!!! How different my life was I was then a single mum (still doing the nursing course im still on!!) life just flashes by.

The Gallery - Drink

Getting my too to Drink is so hard! Well not so much Ami she will gulp that milk down, Pants on the other hand if its not fizzy or unhealthy it will go untouched! he loves water but never actually drinks it! unless you keep reminding him he can go the whole day on just 1 or 2 drinks! my mum always comments on it!! rather annoying! So sorry did end up with any photos of the kids drinking!! Sure I  could find plenty of me with a drink (not always alcholic, who do you think i am!!) I do drink tons of tea! never a whole cup more half cups!

The Gallery - New

When i saw the theme New i was a little stuck, what would i write about new stuff, new day, new life? I suppose each day brings new experiences and new things, good and bad! When you have children there are alot of new experiences from being a first time parent realising you cant just go out on your own to your child at schools first assembly, all new experiences all bring alot emotions you didnt expect but all exciting all the same!!  our newest thing is coping with a moving baby, poor Pants has had to move everything our of reach, he cant leave lego or his ipod out anymore! Ami who loves this freedom doesnt stop and is into everything and i mean everything. This feels new although i have been through this before when pants was a baby but its still new! also trying to capture a photo of a moving baby has become difficult so here is a few of my attempts of a newish photographer hee hee!

The Gallery - Red... Eater

Last summer i was teaching Pants how to crab, this was the biggest we caught! this is a red eater crab! i dont know if this is its actual  name but thats what we called them when we were kids! Its how we spent our summers crabbing so i always thought i was a bit of a pro so was teaching (or trying) Pants my skills! He wasnt impressed!
